Instructions for quotation or order

• For a quote, we need the following information:

  • The names of the items you wish to purchase from our " Price List " page .

  • Your zip code and country.

  • We will send you a quote by email. This quote will include the shipping costs and the delivery time.

    • If you accept your quote, we will return a purchase order to you to accept.

    • You can make payment by bank transfer directly from your bank account details in order.

  • We do not quote and do not take orders over the phone. Orders must be made in writing. Any questions you have about your order, shipping or delivery time will be done by email.

  • Shipping to France:

    • We use transport by La Poste (2 working days).

  • Shipping abroad:

    • We use transport by La Poste (French postal services - 4 to 8 working days). The recipient is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs obligations.

  • Delivery time: The delivery time is the time required to process your order before it is dispatched, from the date of your payment. The delivery time is indicated in working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays in France.
